Driving directions from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport:
- Exit the airport by following the signs for I-85 North.
- Follow I-85 North to downtown Atlanta.
- Take Exit 248C/International Blvd.
- At the second traffic light on the exit ramp, turn left onto Andrew Young International Blvd.
- At the fourth traffic light, turn left onto Peachtree St.
- At the first traffic light, turn left onto Ellis St.
Getting there: MARTA light rail, taxis, airport shuttles, rental cars, and the hotel Town Car all provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. For under $2, guests can ride MARTA directly from the airport to the Peachtree Center station, which is less than one block from the hotel. When exiting the train station, follow the signs for Ellis St, and once at street level, the hotel is immediately on the right. Taxis from the airport are about $30; shuttles are about $16. Guests can also call the concierge to arrange for a Town Car pick-up, which costs more than $36.
Getting around: Many attractions are within several blocks of The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, so walking is a popular way of getting around downtown. Hotel staff will call taxis, which are also convenient and frequently used. Less than one block away is the Peachtree Center MARTA station, where guests can catch trains that connect to much of Atlanta, including Midtown and Lenox/Buckhead. Despite Atlanta's notorious rush-hour traffic, many guests who plan extensive local travel prefer to rent cars.
